Course description
This course will consist of two 1-week didactic modules with a major assignment following the first module and work on the student's own data integrated into and following the 2nd module. The course consists of a mixture of lectures and laboratory sessions covering: structured approaches to data analysis using linear and logistic regression as examples, models for count and time to event data, generalized linear mixed models, repeated measures data.
